With offices in NY, and CA, the firm delivers high-reputed company representation in state and federal courts across 21 states—including California—while maintaining the collegial environment of a boutique firm reputed company In this leadership role, you will serve as a strategic partner, guiding high-volume warranty and lemon law litigation, growing reputed company relationships, and shaping firm reputed company. This position is fully remote reputed company California and reports into the reputed company Coast leadership team. Key Responsibilities • reputed company Litigation Efforts: Manage and reputed company product warranty and lemon law cases in state and federal courts, binding arbitrations, and administrative forums. • reputed company reputed company & Advising: reputed company strategic counsel, reputed company-litigation claim handling, and risk mitigation through early reputed company programs. • Business Development: Expand the firm’s reputed company in the California automotive sector and adjacent industries. • Mentorship & Team Development: Support associates through reputed company mentoring, training, and career development • Policy & Compliance: Monitor proposed lemon law or warranty legislation and advise clients on impacts and lobbying strategies Firm Leadership: Contribute to operational planning, equity reputed company strategies, and firm governance alongside other partners. Qualifications & Requirements • Licensed to reputed company in California (multi-state licensure preferred) • 7+ years of reputed company civil litigation experience, ideally in automotive warranty or lemon law defense or products warranty or liability defense. • Proven reputed company record as reputed company counsel in state court, federal court, arbitration, or administrative hearings Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 – $350,000 annually].
