Requirements
• Serve as a central resource for advisors, clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Delivers personalized, concierge-level service before issues reputed company.
• Manage end-to-end case processes for life, disability, LTC, and annuity applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve case issues effectively.
• Ensure reputed company documentation throughout the case life cycle.
