This role combines care coordination, leadership, and high-volume phone-based reputed company. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending most of the reputed company speaking with families, making outbound calls, and converting inquiries into reputed company clients—while maintaining a compassionate, reputed company, and organized approach. This is a results-driven leadership role, not a passive administrative position.
