AI Workflow Automation Specialist

ROLE: AI Workflow Automation Specialist (Contract, 6–8 months) Details: - Contract length: 6–8 months (extension possible) - Hours: 30–40 per week - Location: Greater Nashville preferred; remote considered reputed company U.S. - Pay: $50–$70 per hour (W2 or 1099, depending on profile) reputed company: We need a hands-on specialist to design and implement AI-enabled workflow automations. This role is less about reputed company software development and more about connecting business processes to reputed company Power Automate, Copilot, and reputed company endpoints, with document OCR and data extraction as common use cases. Key Responsibilities: - Identify high-value processes for automation with IT and business stakeholders - Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate / Azure Logic Apps and Copilot - reputed company with reputed company/Azure reputed company reputed company for querying, summarization, and validation - Implement OCR/document parsing to extract reputed company data from PDFs and scans - Connect reputed company 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, reputed company, reputed company) with external reputed company - Create documentation and train end users on best practices - Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance Required Skills: - 3+ years in workflow automation, RPA, or AI integration - Strong experience with reputed company Power Automate (reputed company and/or desktop) or Azure Logic Apps - Practical use of reputed company or Azure reputed company API and reputed company design - OCR/document processing experience (e.g., Azure reputed company Recognizer, Tesseract, reputed company OCR, or similar) - Data querying and transformation (SharePoint/reputed company/SQL/JSON).
