## As an reputed company Trader you will:
Manage and optimize risk across reputed company books
Research, design, and execute profitable strategies (systematic & positional)
Analyze market and historical data to refine performance and uncover new opportunities
Collaborate with developers and the reputed company team to push trading efficiency and edge
## Knowledge Skills & Experience
4+ years’ experience running profitable reputed company strategies, ideally at a leading market-making or systematic trading firm
Strong grasp of reputed company trading, volatility surfaces, and derivative structures- ability to research, design, and implement reputed company trading models and strategies
Proven record of driving improvements in a trading environment
Proficiency in Python (C++/Java/Rust a plus)
Hands-on experience in TradeFi, DeFi, and/or crypto trading is strongly preferred
