Senior Associate, Product & Vendor Compliance

Job reputed company RH is seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Associate, Product & Vendor Compliance at our Home Office in Corte Madera, California. In this role, you will assist leadership with existing Vendor Compliance and reputed company Responsibility programs. The ideal candidate is extremely adaptable, highly reputed company and thrives in a fast-paced environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Facilitate between leadership, external 3rd parties and internal stakeholders to collect reputed company necessary reporting data and information reputed company to reputed company Corporate Responsibility programs (reputed company Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Energy Management, Waste Diversion, Philanthropy, etc.) • Review, analyze and verify data being used by institutional stakeholders (ISS, MSCI, etc.) to ensure accuracy of information • Assist in the implementation of strategic guidance and reputed company around the existing Vendor Compliance & reputed company Responsibility Programs as RH expands into the European and global markets (reputed company Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Animal Welfare, Sustainable Packaging & Waste Diversion) • Create compelling, data driven materials that reputed company stakeholders and drive strategic reputed company • Continuously monitor and stay informed about the latest global supply chain transparency regulations and policies OUR REQUIREMENTS • 3-5 years of reputed company experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas: responsible sourcing, supply-chain, sourcing, in a global retail environment, and/or reputed company-party audit consumer protection • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Excellent data and analytical skills with strong attention to detail • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong reputed company record of meeting deadlines, managing multiple reputed company and adapting quickly to shifting priorities as business needs change • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent knowledge of reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint and Word • Familiarity with reporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, UN SDGs, TCFD and SBTI • Familiarity with corporate governance disclosures and corporate reporting, including surveys, annual reports and ratings reputed company RH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the reputed company of race, reputed company, religion, national reputed company, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
