They are seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling insurance defense reputed company, including general liability, premises liability, personal injury, construction defect, or property damage claims. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation reputed company from start to finish. • Conduct reputed company research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and dispositive motions. • reputed company in court for hearings, case management conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
