Remote Staff Security Engineer - Backpack
You will:
• Work on Blockchain security/Digital contract security research.
• Manage bug bounty programs and collaborate with 3rd-party security researchers
• Proactively look out for state-of-the-art vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
• At least 6+ years of direct experience as a security engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Blockchain security/ digital contract security experience.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools.
• Deep understanding and experience in security practices.
• Proficiency in security testing tools and methodologies, including vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools, and SAST tools.
• Strong understanding of secure coding principles and best practices
• Experience with programming languages such as Rust is a big plus
• Knowledge of common web application vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
• Very fluent in English.

We have offices in Chicago, Dubai, and Tokyo. You’re welcome to join us there and we’ll handle your visa. Remote is also acceptable.
