[Remote] Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – Zoho Reporting & Dashboards

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Effective Health Systems is a growing leader in the workers’ compensation and medical management technology space. They are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Zoho Analytics to design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports, translating complex data into actionable insights for various teams. Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and maintain Zoho Analytics dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. • Build robust data models and ensure data integrity across multiple systems. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, and operational insights. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into reporting solutions. • Create automated reporting workflows and optimize existing dashboards for performance. • Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and decision-support data. • Ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency across reports. Skills • Demonstrable and referenceable experience with all key responsibilities for this opportunity. • Expert-level proficiency in Zoho Analytics (dashboards, widgets, formulas, data blending, SQL queries). • Strong experience with data modeling and relational databases. • Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive visualizations and reporting tools. • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Excel/SQL; familiarity with APIs a plus. • Experience with other Zoho products. • Background in insurance, medical management, workers’ compensation, or SaaS analytics. • Experience automating analytics workflows or integrating external data sources. • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
