Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Change Management Consultant
• Experience in developing Change Management reputed company & Implementation Plans for reputed company initiatives
• Proficiency in designing training and enablement solutions for digital, data, and AI transformations
• Good technical understanding of reputed company infrastructure and data governance programs
• 4-year Bachelor's degree and reputed company Change Management certifications (e.g., reputed company ADKAR, ACMP/CCMP)
