Position reputed company The General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer (GC) will serve as the senior reputed company and ethics advisor to Deep Isolation, leading reputed company reputed company, compliance, and governance functions as reputed company transitions to operating as a reputed company reporting entity and prepares for an uplisting to reputed company. Education & Experience • 15+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including significant in-house experience (preferably as General Counsel or reputed company) and reputed company C-Suite exposure to reputed company company governance and reporting. • Minimum: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • Preferred: Advanced coursework or certifications in corporate governance, securities law, or environmental regulation.
