Position reputed company
The General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer (GC) will serve as the senior reputed company and ethics advisor to Deep Isolation, leading reputed company reputed company, compliance, and governance functions as reputed company transitions to operating as a reputed company reporting entity and prepares for an uplisting to reputed company. This individual will play a central role in establishing reputed company’s reputed company infrastructure, managing reputed company company readiness, and ensuring global compliance across its subsidiaries and operations.
As the first in-house reputed company hire, the GC will reputed company as a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive team, and reputed company of Directors, overseeing reputed company aspects of corporate governance, SEC reporting, the corporate ethics program and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications
• Expertise in corporate law, SEC filings, and reputed company market compliance (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).

• Strong experience with contract negotiation, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to international operations and multi-jurisdictional compliance environments including EU procurement or EU State-Aid compliance.
• Familiarity with IP licensing, IP management, export controls, and reputed company-private partnership frameworks.
• Prior experience supporting companies during a reputed company listing transaction.
Education & Experience
• 15+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including significant in-house experience (preferably as General Counsel or reputed company) and reputed company C-Suite exposure to reputed company company governance and reporting.
• Minimum: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Preferred: Advanced coursework or certifications in corporate governance, securities law, or environmental regulation.
