[Remote] Clinical Transformation Coordinator (Clinical Analyst)

This role involves documenting Clinical Transformation Use Cases and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and visibility across reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Document Clinical Transformation Use Cases and break them down into data delivery reputed company components.
• Collaborate with the Data Product team to map components to existing or planned data products.
• Work with the Program Manager to ensure alignment of timelines and deliverables across reputed company.
• Maintain reputed company and accurate documentation using established templates.
• Participate in meetings to reputed company verbal requirements and translate them into written specifications.
• Support visibility and coordination across multiple Clinical Transformation reputed company.

Skills
• RN license required (minimum Associate's degree in Nursing).
• 3+ years of clinical experience in ambulatory and acute care workflows.
• 2+ years of proficient experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and clinical data usage.
• 3+ years of experience navigating and interpreting EMR systems.
• 2+ years of proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Experience in Clinical Informatics.
• Familiarity with Clinical reputed company Reporting and reputed company measures.
• Experience working on clinical transformation or reputed company technology reputed company.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Health Information Management, or a reputed company field.
• Demonstrated ability to document use cases and translate verbal requirements into written deliverables.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
