Incentive Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for an Incentive Compensation Analyst responsible for administering incentive plans and collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and set up new incentive plans and reputed company the payout process in collaboration with Finance and other teams
• Conduct monthly reputed company activities, including accrual calculations, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline compensation operations
Required Qualifications
• 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field
• Proficient in performing reputed company mathematical calculations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
