This includes a 500-bed ground-up dormitory, a design-build historic structural rehab of a historic site, and a ground-up mixed-use retail project. Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant degree preferred ? Higher education/reputed company experience ? 8+ years' construction project management experience ?
