Project overview I’m looking for an experienced bilingual (French/English) human copywriter & content strategist to create the full website content for LEADXC, a boutique advisory brand operating at the intersection of: HR transformation & people strategy Executive leadership, boards & culture Gen Z / early-career talent, employability & future skills Benchmarks in terms of clarity and positioning: Korn Ferry, McKinsey, Accenture, PwC, IBM, Mercer, EY. The website must: Generate qualified leads (CHROs, CEOs, boards, HR leaders, universities, employers, Gen Z talent) Deliver high-quality, original, HUMAN writing – no AI-generated copy Be SEO-informed and structured for clear, confident navigation Make visitors stay, explore, and come back, not just skim and leave I want real writing, crafted by a real person, with thought, depth and nuance – not AI-generated content. Scope of work You will transform a rich strategic framework into clear, conversion-focused, bilingual website content. 1. Content strategy & structure Refine / validate the site map for two main universes: LEADXC – Corporate (HR, leadership, culture, org & talent, rewards, executive search, etc.) LEADXC Next – Gen Z & Early-Career (career discovery, employability, early-career acceleration, young leaders, ecosystems) Decide what becomes top-level pages vs. sections Design a content flow that speaks to both corporate decision-makers and Gen Z / early-career talent 2. Bilingual copywriting (FR/EN) – human-written only Write original content for ~15–20 pages total (EN + FR) based on the provided pillars and draft material Use a premium consulting tone (strategy firm level, but human and accessible) Explain complex topics (HR transformation, people analytics & AI, culture, org design, succession, rewards, employability…) in a simple, outcome-focused way Ensure both languages are equally strong, not just a rough translation No AI copywriting tools as the main writer – the content must be written and edited by you, as a human professional 3. Lead-generation & engagement focus Craft strong value propositions, page intros and CTAs that drive: inquiry / discovery calls program and partnership requests community / newsletter / ecosystem sign-ups Write content that makes visitors want to keep reading and exploring, not bounce after 10 seconds Suggest lead magnets / content ideas (guides, diagnostics, checklists, etc.) that can grow a qualified pipeline 4. SEO & on-page optimisation Do basic keyword research around: HR transformation, strategic HR advisory, executive leadership, culture change, org design, succession, rewards, Gen Z careers, employability, early-career talent, etc. Integrate keywords naturally into: titles, headings, copy and FAQs Propose SEO-friendly page titles, meta descriptions and H1/H2 structures Suggest internal linking between Corporate and Next/Gen Z areas 5. UX-oriented content Turn each pillar into a clear, visualisable framework or journey (phases, steps, pillars, lenses…) Suggest section layouts and content blocks that a designer can easily turn into a modern, clean site Keep a coherent brand narrative across the Corporate and Gen Z universes Key content areas (high-level) LEADXC – Corporate HR Transformation & Strategic HR Advisory Executive Leadership & Governance Executive Education & Future-Proofing Culture, Values & Leadership Behaviours Organization & Talent Development, Succession & Future Skills Executive Search & Future Talent Intelligence Total Rewards, Performance & Incentives LEADXC Next – Gen Z & Early-Career Career Discovery & Best-Match Navigator Work-Readiness & Employability Sprints Early-Career Acceleration (Years 1–3) Young Leaders & HiPo Gen Z Community, Universities & Employer Ecosystems Your role: turn this into a sharp, intuitive, lead-generating website in French and English.
