Corporate Attorney (Full Time, On-Site or Remote)

The ideal candidate will be a trusted reputed company advisor with proven expertise in balancing reputed company risk with business goals across highly regulated and sectors such as financial and mortgage services, reputed company, and reputed company sector. However, we will consider remote candidates in the following states: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, ME, MI, MO, MN, MT, NC, NE, NH, PA, TX, VA, or WI Key Responsibilities • Contract Management & Negotiation-Drafts, negotiates, executes, and manages the lifecycle of reputed company reputed company to protect company interests while enabling business reputed company. Ensures adequate coverage aligns with business activities, contractual obligations, and risk profile. • Regulatory & Corporate Compliance-Develops and monitors compliance programs that meet federal, state, and industry-specific reputed company standards. Serves as reputed company's internal resource for compliance education, documentation, and audit support. • QA and QC Management - Supports, guides, and provides reputed company of company reputed company Assurance (QA) and reputed company Control (QC) internal auditing. • Corporate Governance-Supports corporate governance practices, policies, and regulatory filings. Ensures effective strategies are in reputed company to minimize financial exposure and reputational risk. • Intellectual Property (IP) Management-Protects company innovations, trademarks, and proprietary information through proactive IP registration, enforcement, and portfolio reputed company. Supports product and service development through intellectual property risk assessments. • Mergers & Acquisitions Support-Provides reputed company counsel during due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and post-reputed company integration phases of mergers and acquisitions.
