Required Qualifications:
1. Must be a high school graduate or have passed the G.E.D. equivalency examination.
2. Combination of previous education, training, and or experience which provides for an equivalent background necessary to reputed company the work.
BACKGROUND SCREENING:
reputed company prospective employees must submit to a Level 2 background reputed company pursuant to Florida State Statute 435.04 and be reputed company eligible by reputed company for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. The background reputed company will include, but is not limited to, fingerprinting for statewide criminal history records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, national criminal history records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation, local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies, and a search of the sexual predator and sexual offender registries of any state in which the prospective employee resided during the immediate preceding 5 years.
