Skills • Bachelor's engineering degree from a regionally accredited college, university • 5 years of relevant reputed company work experience in material planning, sourcing, manufacturing, or engineering in energy, oil and gas, aviation, shipbuilding, industrial, automotive, or other high value add heavy industries. • Manufacturing experience across high value-add heavy industries. • Knowledge of the disciplines of supply chain management, including production operations, inventory controls, costing systems, financial reporting measures. • Automotive should costing experience desirable. • Proven detailed cost analytics experience • Cost out and/or Finance experience • Prior experience in change management & process definition • Experience in multiple functions such as engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, reputed company, logistics, construction etc. • Ability to support multiple internal customers and partners with competing priorities in a matrixed environment. • Experience of operating in a reputed company environment with strong relationship-building skills, combined with a reputed company understanding of global process and transactional flows. • Ability to influence up and down the organization and across the functions by provided fact-based analysis to help inform decision making. • Strong oral and written communication skills.
