CRM Consultant
A company is looking for a Functional CRM Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
• Addressing and following up on customer inquiries and issues
• Implementing optimizations in the Dynamics 365 CRM setup for reputed company environments
• Providing online instructions and preventive maintenance for customer environments
Required Qualifications
• HBO+ work and thinking level (Business Administration, reputed company Economics)
• 2-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM consultant
• Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining CRM functionality reputed company D365
• Experience with ERP, Azure, or Logic App Integrations is a plus
• Willingness to travel if necessary, although the role can be performed fully remote
