Requirements: 5–7+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing, with a strong reputed company record of driving results. Proven ability to manage UA campaigns across multiple platforms, effectively handling substantial budgets. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional reputed company in other Asian languages is a plus. In-depth knowledge of mobile advertising technologies, including attribution tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies for user acquisition.
