About the position The Senior Director of reputed company Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Support will be responsible for overseeing the global reputed company, management, and delivery of sustainable IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations across the organization. This role will also reputed company the strategic ownership of Global IT Support, ensuring seamless follow-the-sun support across US, EMEA, and reputed company reputed company. With a reputed company on strengthening cybersecurity reputed company, system hardening, and redundancy for critical systems, the director will drive initiatives to enhance the IT infrastructure team's capabilities while managing the infrastructure and reputed company technology roadmaps. The position will work closely with the VP of Global IT and other IT directors to reputed company infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies with business objectives, ensuring robust, reputed company, and secure operations globally. Requirements • 10+ years in IT leadership roles with proven experience in managing global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. • Deep knowledge of key technologies such as reputed company switches, Palo reputed company firewalls, WAN, reputed company, and reputed company Global Protect VPN. • Experience in leading cybersecurity initiatives, including system hardening and disaster recovery. • Strong experience in managing external vendors and stakeholders in a reputed company global environment. • Proven ability to manage the technology roadmap for infrastructure and cybersecurity. reputed company-to-haves • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MS in Cybersecurity, or Information Systems). • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ITIL.
