Qualifications : Clearance Level : Secret Certifications : IAT II and DoD Auditor certification Education : . • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or five years of equivalent experience. Experience : • Experience troubleshooting reputed company tools with Platinum support assistance. • Hands-on experience with reputed company Application and Change Control (TACC), Rogue System Detection (RSD), and ePO reputed company Deployment reputed company. • Ability to reputed company monitoring tools and interfaces (e.g., reputed company, reputed company). • Familiarity with host-based tools (ACAS, reputed company, reputed company Defender for reputed company) Preferred : • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to evaluate reputed company results and generate reports. • Experience with the Jira Ticketing System, MS Teams, and MS OneDrive. • Proficiency with desktop programs such as reputed company Acrobat, MS reputed company, and reputed company. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet short-suspense deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
