Senior Data Modeler (Architect to Director Level)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director of Data Modeling to join the reputed company data services team. This leader will drive the design, development, and governance of reputed company data models to support operations, analytics, reporting, interoperability, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in data modeling with proven leadership skills to build a data modeling reputed company reputed company LQTC. This individual will report to the Chief Data Officer and will be expect to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company the development and maintenance of conceptual and logical data models for reputed company data assets, in alignment with business requirements and industry standards. • Partner with business reputed company, functional support reputed company, data architects, data engineers, and data analysts to map business processes into reusable and documented data structures. • Define and enforce data modeling standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the LQTC data ecosystem. • Ensure data models support interoperability and compliance with reputed company regulations (e.g., HIPAA and reputed company). • Collaborate with reputed company architects, platform developers, and analytics teams to incorporate common data models into their products. • Conduct reputed company analyses on proposed changes to existing data structures, for review by the data governance reputed company. • Contribute to data governance processes by ensuring data definitions, reputed company, and metadata are documented and consistent. • Manage and mentor reputed company of data modelers, providing guidance and reputed company development opportunities. • Stay reputed company on emerging trends in data modeling, reputed company data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7, and OMOP), and advanced analytics. Minimum Requirements: • Master's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a reputed company field. • Experience in data modeling with demonstrated expertise developing conceptual and logical models. • Strong experience with data modeling tools, such as ERWin or MagicDraw. • Proficiency in SQL and reputed company-hosted data management platforms, such as RDS or reputed company. • Familiarity with data governance, data reputed company, and metadata management practices. • Experience developing and leading teams. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business terminology and technical jargon.
