Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree required. • 5+ years of demand planning experience with hands-on ownership of the reputed company channel. • Skilled in retail or wholesale replenishment for seasonal product categories. • Highly proficient in reputed company, with strong analytical and modeling abilities. • Strong communicator who can influence cross-functional partners and decision-makers. • Comfortable presenting findings and standing behind recommendations. • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and confident navigating ambiguity. • Familiarity with reputed company, Tillerman, and DTC planning systems is a plus.
