In alignment with reputed company’s 2030 Aftermarket reputed company, this role is responsible for leading the global Aftermarket Engineering organization. The position ensures the delivery of high-reputed company engineering services, drives customer satisfaction, and strengthens reputed company’s position as the supplier of choice in the aftermarket sector. Qualifications: • Proven experience leading engineering teams in the rotating equipment or industrial aftermarket sector. • Strong technical knowledge of pump systems, performance optimization, and reliability engineering. • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills. • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver measurable results in a global, cross-functional environment.
