[Remote] Director of Accounting Operations & Systems (Remote)- Six Figure Role**

Gecko Hospitality is a fast-growing, tech-forward organization supporting the hospitality industry, and they are seeking a hands-on Director of Accounting Operations & Systems. The role involves overseeing financial systems architecture, managing month-end close processes, and building scalable standard operating procedures in a modern, remote environment. Responsibilities • Oversee financial systems architecture including R365 workflows, integrations, reporting & database structure • Own month-end close, GL accuracy, reconciliations, and financial reporting framework • Build and refine scalable SOPs alongside senior finance & operations leadership • Manage internal R365 implementations, onboarding, and data cleanup • Troubleshoot AP capture, EDI, POS, payroll, banking connections, and automation enhancements • Serve as a calm, structured operational leader who brings clarity and consistency Skills • Deep R365 or ERP systems experience • Steady, detail-oriented, and process-driven • Strong accounting foundation (5–7 years) • Multi-entity preferred • Hospitality/restaurant accounting exposure strongly preferred Benefits • Performance bonus eligibility • Equity growth path (options beginning year two) • 100% employer-paid medical • 401(k) with employer match • Unlimited PTO + company-recognized holidays • Fully remote — work from anywhere while supporting an Orlando-based operation • High autonomy + direct access to senior leadership Company Overview • Wondering how you can benefit from using Gecko Hospitality?
