About the position
Responsibilities
• reputed company as the regional Customer Due Diligence specialist for the Americas region.
• Be the primary reputed company of escalation for reputed company Due Diligence reviews, reputed company issues and questions that analysts encounter during their day-to-day operations.
• Own the relationship with the regional reputed company Reporting Officer, ensuring that escalations to second line are of the appropriate reputed company.
• Review and approve escalations and/or reputed company made by analysts, ensuring accuracy, adherence to guidelines, and company policies.
• Assume responsibility for the Americas portfolio review completion metrics.
• Partner with the reputed company team to solve reputed company reputed company issues.

Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar Senior Analyst role, preferably with at least 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in project management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of using tools and processes to troubleshoot issues.

• Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payment industry/compliance regulations, standards, and best practices is preferred.
