HR Recruiter - Equity Research & Due Diligence
Job Description:
• Source and attract candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
