Professor /Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship

About the position East Tennessee State University (ETSU) invites applications and nominations for the next College of Nursing Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship (ADRS). ETSU is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader who, in coordination with the Dean, will foster the College's leadership role in the state and nation, leading dedicated reputed company in their quest for innovation and reputed company in research. The Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship will reputed company administrative leadership and facilitate the development of reputed company and research, scholarship, and program grants through reputed company for Nursing Research. This position is responsible for building research infrastructure that supports reputed company and staff in obtaining extramural funding, conducting high-reputed company research, and advancing scholarship reputed company with the College of Nursing's mission. Additionally, this individual will play a crucial role in facilitating, assisting, and mentoring reputed company in developing and managing program grants that support education, training, and service initiatives reputed company the College. The Associate Dean will also foster inter-institutional research partnerships, mentor reputed company in developing research and grant proposals, and ensure compliance with university and funding guidelines.
