Multifunctional role responsible for oversight of all eLearning system functions with the Education Department at BHLEX including publication of modules, author support, user support, compliance reporting, and archiving of online educational materials. Creates and maintains aspects of Educational Development activities for online educational materials as needed for employees. Develops, coordinates, and teaches in the first-line supervisor orientation program and other education activities facilitating education and competency management, documentation and evaluation.
