Marketing & Automation Manager (MUST Have Real Estate + GHL Experience) – Long-Term Role - Contract to Hire

I am hiring a long-term marketing and automation specialist who MUST have experience in the Real Estate industry and MUST be an expert in Go High Level (GHL). You will manage daily and weekly marketing operations for three companies: Mortgage lender Real estate brokerage Escrow company This role requires someone who can produce multiple campaigns per week — and campaigns must be strategic, effective, and built to generate real results, not just templates. Responsibilities Daily Tasks Create and schedule social media posts for all 3 brands (using brand colors + guidelines) Manage and update Go High Level workflows Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Maintain daily marketing tasks and communication Weekly Tasks Create multiple campaigns per week (email + SMS + funnels) Build high-converting landing pages inside GHL Create lead nurturing workflows Create realtor recruiting & loan officer recruiting campaigns Build escrow-focused campaigns for realtor attraction Set up, manage, and optimize AI agents inside GHL (buyer, seller, realtor, escrow AI) Maintain content calendars Develop brand-consistent assets and templates Required Skills (Must-Have) ✔ Real Estate industry experience (required) ✔ Advanced Go High Level (GHL) expertise (required) ✔ Ability to create multiple effective campaigns every week ✔ Mortgage marketing experience (preferred) ✔ Escrow marketing experience (major plus) ✔ Social media content creation & branding ✔ Email + SMS marketing ✔ Funnel building in GHL ✔ Workflow & automation optimization ✔ Basic design skills (Canva or similar) ✔ Experience with AI agents inside GHL (preferred) ✔ Strong communication & ability to deliver weekly deadlines Hours & Commitment 15 hours per week Long-term ongoing role Must manage work across all 3 companies Must deliver consistent weekly output with measurable results To Apply, Please Submit: Examples of successful GHL workflows, campaigns, or funnels Samples of social media content you created Details about your Real Estate industry experience Examples of campaigns you built that produced results Your weekly availability Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
