Email Marketing Specialist Needed for Language Coaching Brand
Project Type: Ongoing
Hours: 5–10 per week
Goal: Build trust and authority that convert readers into French/Spanish coaching clients.
About Us
We run two established language-learning brands helping adults become confident French and Spanish speakers. Our core offers, the French Language Accelerator (FLA) and Spanish Language Accelerator (SLA), are structured coaching programs centered around:
Weekly 1:1 sessions
Personalized study plans
Clear progress tracking
Speaking and writing improvement
Real support from real coaches
Our audience is 35–70, motivated, and stuck at the intermediate plateau.
We need someone who can turn this depth into high-trust email content that warms leads consistently.
What We Need
This is not a “write three emails a week” job.
We want someone who can own the entire nurture ecosystem.
1. Evergreen Email Campaign Build
We need a full 60–90 day evergreen nurture system that includes:
Belief-shifting emails
Story-driven authority emails using testimonials
Myth-breaking (Duolingo, tutors, apps) without sounding negative
Foil-style narratives (third-party stories that expose weak methods)
Level-specific content tied to quiz results (A2/B1/B2)
Clear, gentle CTAs that lead toward coaching
2. Weekly Email Production
Every week you will produce:
Sunday: A “common mistake” email for French or Spanish
Wednesday: A short email tied to our new YouTube video or Instagram post
Both must build authority and help readers trust our coaching method.
3. Strategy + Execution
You should be able to:
Audit our current flows
Identify gaps in trust, authority, and consistency
Repurpose our content library into tight emails
Create segmented paths for different levels and learning profiles
Understand and communicate adult learning psychology
Track and improve performance (open rate, CTR, replies, conversions)
Essential Skills
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Proven experience building long evergreen sequences
Ability to write simple, clear, value-dense content
Strong understanding of coaching vs tutoring positioning
Experience turning raw testimonials into compelling narrative emails
Skill with belief-shift, analogy, story, and myth-breaking formats
Ability to build segmented nurture paths (quiz-based funnels)
Understanding of adult education or language learning psychology
Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar platforms
Ability to work independently without hand-holding

Not required, but valuable:
Background in language learning, EdTech, or online coaching
