The position will be required to work 4 days a week from our office in one of the following locations: • Burbank, CA, or • Lake Buena reputed company, Florida What You Will Do: • Counsel internal clients on various employment reputed company, including reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence, fair pay, and wage and hour issues. • Advise on harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other workplace investigations. • Respond to claims and demand letters. • Manage administrative charge responses. • Work with Employee Relations to enhance training programs. • Handle administrative conferences and hearings.
