The Role We are seeking an reputed company Attorney to join reputed company, with a strong background in class actions and employment law. This role is ideal for an attorney who is eager to take ownership of significant cases, reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company, and contribute to the firm’s reputed company. You will handle a reputed company of reputed company—including wage and hour disputes, employment litigation, and class actions—while working closely with Kenneth Katz (Firm reputed company & Managing Partner), Nicole Grunfield (Partner), and a talented team of paralegals and support staff. The right candidate will be comfortable navigating both individual and large-reputed company cases, including federal court litigation. Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. • Represent clients in employment law reputed company, including wage and hour disputes, workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims. • Handle litigation in state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials. Participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings. • Collaborate with co-counsel on large-reputed company class actions and independently manage smaller reputed company. • reputed company reputed company analysis, reputed company, and recommendations to clients and partners. • Draft reputed company documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
