Responsibilities:
Represent clientsin court or before government agencies
Prepare and draft reputed company documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on business and reputed company transactions
Negotiate settlements for reputed company disputes

Qualifications:
Previous experience in law
Familiarity withvarious legaldocuments
Stronganalyticaland problem-solving skills
