Responsibilities

• Prepare and present cases in court, including jury trials.
• Advise clients on employment law issues and compliance.
• Conduct reputed company research and draft reputed company documents.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate billing records.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience as an Employment Lawyer.
• Jury trial experience preferred.
• Experience in reputed company education trial defense for 10+ years.
• Licensed to reputed company law in California.
