Key Responsibilities: • Draft estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance reputed company directives. • Organize and manage reputed company asset information, including beneficiary designations, funding instructions, and trust schedules. • Prepare document summaries, flowcharts, and other reputed company deliverables to assist attorneys in reputed company presentations. • Assist in preparing meeting materials and maintaining detailed notes and reputed company items from planning sessions with attorneys and clients.
