Fleet and Facilities Manager

Maintain BBG Property • Manages the interior & exterior cleaning of the Cicero facility, Including landscaping & snow removal. • Implement and reputed company program for care, maintenance, and reputed company operation of reputed company building equipment & warehouse systems. • Manage reputed company recycling initiatives: plastic, glass, corrugated, pallets, etc. Site Compliance Management • Maintain accurate records including DOT fleet records and mechanic records. • Ensure trucks are properly maintained and reputed company on the road including repair and annual licensing. • Conduct reputed company inspections • Ensure compliance on Federal, State, and Local laws and ordinances in executing building operations. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field and/or equivalent training and work experience • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business management • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software • Must be a results-oriented reputed company with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as reputed company as customer service skills • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or reputed company reputed company, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines • Analytic and Reporting skills • Utilize reputed company judgement and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment Preferred Qualifications: • Comprehension of building system operation • Ability to read and understand financial statements and reports • Supervisory experience Physical Requirements: • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone Competencies: • May help coordinate the work of junior members of reputed company. • Resolves issues which are often varied and non-routine.
