Manager, Facilities Management Job Title: Manager, Facilities Management Location: Remote – Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 About your role: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Facilities Manager to serve as a critical liaison between our diverse business units, landlords, and vendors. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our facilities, facilitating critical repairs, supporting site relocations, and contributing to various operational projects. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, foster strong relationships, and ensure compliance will be key to our continued success. Primary tasks will be: • Act as liaison between business unit and Landlords/Property Managers for all issues related to maintenance, repair and other issues as they arise • Provide support to business units in locating and requesting quotes from vendors to perform maintenance and repair obligations per the lease • Management of Real Estate leases in lease management/lease accounting software including adding new leases, updating current lease information, providing reports from system as required/requested • Update and keep current various internal Real Estate property reports and Lease documentation as transactions necessitate; Monitor lease expiration dates and other time-sensitive information contained in lease documents to ensure completion of tasks according to defined requirements in all leases • Primary point of contact for business units and vendors for move related needs including but not limited site relocations, site clean out, and other move related activities • Participating in projects that are not specifically Facilities-centric, but require Facilities involvement • Overnight travel may be required on occasion Does the following apply to you? • Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of staff within the organization, as well as outside partners, vendors, contacts, etc. • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. • Working understanding of commercial and residential real estate lease language with ability to interpret complex terms and conditions • Ability to assess and trouble shoot facility related issues via email and phone call, when on-site visits cannot be performed • Possess excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and competing priorities • Enthusiastic, self-motivated professional with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to shift quickly and confidently between tasks in a fast-paced environment • Must possess a valid Driver’s License Compensation & Benefits • $60,000 – $70,000 • DailyPay – Access your earnings early • Paid vacation days (increases with tenure) • Separate sick leave (rolls over annually) • Up to 10 paid holidays (varies by region) • Medical, dental, vision insurance • HSA & FSA options • 401(k) with employer match • Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Pet insurance • Perks @ Clarvida – Verizon discounts, entertainment deals & more Clarvida’s success is built on the strength of our people: individuals who bring the right skills and a deep commitment to our mission of improving lives and communities.
