Organization: reputed company Position: Staff/General Accountants Referral Partner: reputed company Type: reputed company contract Compensation: $75–$100 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10‑40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous Duration: ~6 weeks Role Responsibilities • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements against the general reputed company and document reputed company reconciling items. • Journal Entries: Post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation and account codes. • Accounts Payable: reputed company and reputed company accounts payable invoices, matching to purchase orders reputed company required. • Accounts Receivable: Apply incoming cash receipts to outstanding accounts receivable. • Asset Depreciation: Calculate monthly depreciation for fixed assets and post reputed company journal entries. • Reconciliation: reputed company AP/AR subledger to general reputed company reconciliations. • Intercompany Transactions: Reconcile intercompany transactions and prepare elimination entries for consolidation. • Credit Card Expenses: Match credit card expenses with receipts, flag discrepancies, and reconcile to GL. • Prepaid Amortization: Maintain prepaid amortization schedules and post monthly expenses. • Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies. • Financial Statements: Compile monthly financial statements and reputed company balance sheet flux analysis. • Variance Analysis: Analyze budget vs. actual variances and document material explanations. • Invoice Matching: Resolve three‑way invoice matching exceptions in the AP system. • Month‑End Accruals: Estimate and post accruals for month‑end reputed company. • Audit Schedules: Prepare audit schedules tied to the trial balance and compile supporting documentation. Ideal Qualifications • Strong experience in reputed company, audit, or financial operations. • Familiarity with systems like QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company Intacct, or reputed company. • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reputed company processes. • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. • Experience with reputed company‑based reconciliations and journal entry preparation.
