Fun/Goal-Oriented GRAPHIC DESIGNER with Experience Implementing in GoHighLevel (no deep coding)

Part-time • Contract • Remote OVERVIEW We’re looking for a detail-savvy, creative web designer who can take strong conceptual starting points (sketches, AI visuals, and layouts already generated in ChatGPT) and turn them into polished, production-ready website designs. You’ll collaborate directly with the creative director/founder — who supplies clear visual direction, brand guidelines, and content — and your job is to make those ideas real, fast, and consistent. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • You can turn a rough concept image and prompt summary into a finished, on-brand, web-ready design in an hour. • You know how to refine AI-generated visuals — smoothing composition, correcting color, and tightening typography. • You deliver layouts that feel fun-first, clean, and bold, true to our brand vibe: wholesome, irreverent, inclusive, and family-friendly. • You can work efficiently and independently with minimal back-and-forth. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Translate conceptual mockups and AI-generated visuals into clean, responsive web layouts (homepages, landing pages, section graphics). • Polish and standardize color, typography, and spacing according to established Frostbite+ palette. • Design consistent hero sections, banners, icons, and UI elements based on existing creative direction. • Collaborate with a front-end developer (or use a builder like Webflow / WordPress / Framer) to implement approved designs. • Optimize image assets, responsiveness, and visual hierarchy for clarity and speed. • Maintain a lightweight design system / component library for faster iteration across pages and campaigns. REQUIREMENTS • GoHighLevel experience for light implementation (we also have a coder for deep work) • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar web design tools. • Strong eye for typography, alignment, and visual rhythm. • Experience adapting AI-assisted design concepts into consistent brand visuals. • Familiarity with responsive design and asset prep for developers. • (Bonus) Webflow experience. You’re fast, flexible, and comfortable refining “good-but-rough” visuals into “wow-that-works” deliverables. Top candidates will be available some US business hours -- there are times we'll need to be able to collaborate in real time and certainly for the initial interview!
