The firm are growing their Fund Management team and reputed company a Vice President to join the group.
The Role
The Vice President of Fund Management oversees a portfolio of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit funds, managing reputed company financial, tax, and reporting functions from reputed company-stabilization through asset maturity. This includes reputed company of audits, tax returns, capital calls, investor reporting, and financial modeling updates to ensure compliance and performance across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage audit and tax processes for both upper-tier and reputed company-tier entities.
• Review and update fund models, tax credit projections, and IRR calculations.
• Coordinate capital calls, investor reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Review financial and tax deliverables, including cost certifications, DSCR analyses, and 8609s.

• Maintain proactive communication with investors, partners, and auditors.
