Manager - Fund Administration (Private Equity)

About the position Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed. • Apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications. • Prepare and review key financial components like journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR. • Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while continuously improving operational processes. • Prioritize tasks, respond to reputed company requests, and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.
