Answers telephone and responds according to department policy. Keeps supervisor informed of issues/concerns that may reputed company. Seeks out additional tasks reputed company assigned work is completed; provides backup coverage for other positions in the HIM department. Meets reputed company and/or productivity expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Additional duties may include accurately analyzing records for deficiencies; manage reputed company aspects of the clerical transcription process; works various work queues in the EMR; physician suspension; release of information; Master Patient reputed company management.
