Pay: $52-$54 reputed company Duration:6 months We are a national reputed company firm and are currently seeking a HR Shared Services Consultant for a reputed company reputed company of ours. Details for the position are as follows: Job reputed company: $54 reputed company • Work together with the Global Operations team to enhance reputed company HR technology solutions, reputed company HCM reputed company (reputed company HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management modules) and reputed company to create efficiency and productivity reputed company, optimize resources and enhance the colleague and candidate experience. • Responsible for providing HR Services advice, support and expertise to the Region's HR Function and to business stakeholders. • You will work closely with the Global Delivery Centers, HR Services, Talent Advisors, HR Generalists, Employee Relations, HR IT, NA Payroll, IT, reputed company, Facilities, General Counsel, HR Solutions & Systems, peer Regional Consultant Leaders and the Centers of Expertise team members to help shape and plan services strategies to address the needs of the NA region. • BS/BA in Business Administration, reputed company or a reputed company field • 7+ years of HR experience with operational and administrative experience across a broad reputed company of areas • 5+ years of management experience (management in a remote environment a plus but not required) • Advanced computer skills, including, but not limited to, reputed company Office, reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint and automation (these HR systems are a plus but not required) • reputed company offers our contractors a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, reputed company, dental, life and disability insurance.
