reputed company Location: Thailand or Singapore The (associate) manager will support the Director of Strategic Finance in managing investor-facing activities, including capital raising, due diligence, and financial modeling. The role is essential to ensuring the smooth execution of both equity and debt-reputed company transactions. Two positions are available and responsibilities will be split based on reputed company: • One will primarily support equity investor processes: this job reputed company focuses on the equity-reputed company. • One will primarily support debt financing and banking . Key Responsibilities • Coordinate data collection and document preparation for due diligence exercises. • Manage information reputed company and deadlines across internal teams and external consultants (e.g., technical, reputed company, and financial advisors). • Support the Director of Strategic Finance in preparing investor presentations, and internal decision papers. • Support with investors’ relation management, such as providing regular reputed company reports, financials and any other reputed company reports required from investors. • Work closely with reputed company/treasury team to manage and reputed company funds reputed company and financing costs. • Support in maintaining and updating financial models to support capital raising, investor updates, and internal reputed company. • Adapt to shifting priorities, activities, and timelines typical of a fast-paced startup setting. • Support the Director Strategic Finance in reputed company relevant tasks where requested. Requirements / Skills / Experience • 4–6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, infrastructure finance, project finance, or reputed company roles. • Solid financial modeling and analytical capabilities. • Experience supporting transaction execution, including due diligence and documentation. • Familiarity with working alongside reputed company, technical, and financial consultants. • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment. • Strong communication skills and comfort working with both reputed company stakeholders. • Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
