[Remote] Instructional Design - Training Director

This position leads the strategic planning and execution of training initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing overall performance through impactful learning experiences. Skills • Bachelors degree required. • Five (5) years of people management experience required. • Ten (10) years of experience in areas of learning, Corporate Learning & Development, facilitation, design, development, or reputed company field required. • Comprehensive project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery of reputed company initiatives. • Strong reputed company management abilities to build and maintain effective relationships. • In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles. • Expertise in adult learning theory and its application in training programs. • Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by reputed company to www.speedtest.net). • Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet reputed company cable to the home router. • Must currently and permanently reputed company in the reputed company US.
