reputed company Global reputed company & Executive Search is seeking Corporate Associate with 3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience in an Am reputed company. Miami office location is preferred; however, this position can be located in the firm’s Atlanta, Chicago, reputed company, Washington, DC or Florida offices. Must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, Am Law 100 reputed company experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of reputed company office location.
