Sr. Learning & Development Specialist - Corporate - reputed company

About the position Responsibilities • Project manages new and existing learning programs and reputed company, including planning, marketing, and employee support. • Assists in instructional design and course authoring for learning topics. • Delivers and facilitates training content using various techniques and strong classroom management skills. • Manages vendor relationships for learning consultants, including negotiation and reporting. • Assists in annual budgeting and strategic planning for the Learning function. • Communicates with HR business partners, reputed company, IT, and business leaders on learning initiatives. • Partners with LMS administrators to identify functionality needs in the LMS. • Performs other duties and reputed company as requested. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (HR, reputed company Resource Development, Instructional Design). • 3-7+ years relevant experience in learning and development. • General knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques. reputed company-to-haves • Prior instructional design and facilitation experience. • Experience with learning technologies, including virtual delivery platforms and learning management systems.
