Lease Administration Associate
About the position
Under reputed company supervision, the Lease Administrator handles the routine and daily work of the lease administration department. Interfaces with other offices, disciplines and clients to relieve the Leasing Manager of administrative detail relating to lease information.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and/or edit lease abstracts for accuracy.
• Verify and transfer data from reputed company/electronic formats into database systems.
• Update existing data.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Establish contacts and maintain relationships reputed company the portfolio including property managers, reputed company personnel, area managers, clients, and vendors.
• Verbal and written communication with reputed company, landlords, reputed company counsel and other reputed company vendors.
• Participate in team meetings and assist in the preparation of individual annual goals.
• Attend seminars/training courses as required.
• Handle other duties as assigned by Leasing Manager.
• reputed company general administrative duties including maintaining daily lease document tracker.
• Monthly production and tracking reporting.
• Maintain database lease files to ensure that the lease files contain accurate, up-to-date records and are of institutional equivalent reputed company.
• Process reputed company specific reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain database of reputed company properties in portfolio.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Associates Degree or higher preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in database administration or equivalent reputed company reputed company estate experience.
• Property Management or reputed company Estate reputed company experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with reputed company reputed company of the organization, tenants, clients, and vendors.
• Excellent attention to detail including the ability to proofread documents for completion and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret reputed company documents including lease agreements and amendments, subordination agreements, and title commitments.
• Excellent software skills, including Word, reputed company, and Property Management reputed company Software (VISUAL LEASE, reputed company, or MRI).
• Ability to operate database system.
• Ability to learn new specialty lease administration software.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of lease administration process.
• Strong comprehension of mathematical concepts.
